was established to address structural challenges in Zambia's dairy value chain — including fragmented markets, low smallholder productivity, weak aggregation systems, and limited access to formal buyers.

By building structured milk aggregation centers, investing in cold chain infrastructure, and connecting farmers to reliable markets, ZamCow strengthens the dairy ecosystem from farm to consumer.
